Bottle stop on a bridge over Rainworth Water which runs into Rufford Lake. The Bridge was built in 1798.

Walk (95) Bilsthorpe Rufford Circular 17th July 2019
On 17th July 2019 Steve Hargreaves led 9 hikers on the Bilsthorpe to Rufford Circular walk. Weather was warm dry but slightly and relatively humid. Walk was along a disused railways bridleways and Forestry Commission fire break roads within the Sherwood Pines Forest.
